The Marchione-Malin D-Type Preamp Pedal is a fully hand-wired D-style preamp circuit, not an overdrive pedal. The D-Type can be used in front of your favorite amp to give you the tone you’re used to anywhere. It can also be used to drive the Power Amp In (Effects Loop Return) of any amp. The D-Type Preamp Pedal takes other pedals well, and works well with your pedal board in front of it. It is small, powerful and versatile, but most importantly, it IS a D-style circuit—no corners cut, no printed circuit boards, no wave soldered caps, no transistors, no op-amps—this is a real hand-wired point-to-point preamp in a small package!
